1. Description of Service

**CancelFlow** (hereinafter: "Service") is a software solution that enables online store operators to automate customer contract withdrawal and cancellation processes using an embeddable widget.

2. Use of Service and Registration

Use of the Service administration interface is subject to registration. During registration, the user is obliged to provide true and accurate data. The account owner is responsible for the security of access credentials and all activities performed through the account.

3. Integration and Responsibility

The Provider provides the embeddable JavaScript code and its corresponding API. The online store operator is responsible for properly placing the code on their platform, as well as ensuring the legal compliance of the widget configurations (e.g. withdrawal periods, button labels, notification email addresses).

The Provider accepts no liability for errors resulting from incompatibility with the online store's template or third-party scripts, nor for damages resulting from incorrect configurations entered by the online store operator.

4. Intellectual Property

The CancelFlow platform, widget code, design, database structure, and all related technology are the exclusive property of the Provider. Use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to the user; it only provides a non-exclusive license to embed the widget and use the administration interface.

5. Modification and Suspension of Service

The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice for maintenance work. The Provider shall not be held liable for any temporary outages resulting from these changes.
