2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing
Through integration with webshops, the Service records and manages contract withdrawal requests initiated by customers. During this process, we process the following personal data:
- Customer Name: For identifying the person submitting the withdrawal request.
- Customer Email Address: For sending confirmations and maintaining contact.
- Order Number / Reference: For identifying the transaction involved.
- Name of Products: For identifying the specific items to be returned.
- Reason for Withdrawal: For statistical and quality assurance purposes (optional data).
- Sender's IP Address and Timestamp: For security, abuse prevention, and logging purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for data processing is the express consent of the user (customer) when submitting the withdrawal form, and compliance with the regulations governing consumer contracts (fulfillment of legal obligation).
4. Duration of Data Processing
We only store personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. The Service stores recorded withdrawal requests by default for up to 5 years (until the end of the statutory limitation period), unless the shop owner deletes them earlier from their account or the user requests deletion.

We do not sell the recorded data to third parties. Data is transmitted directly to the webshop where the withdrawal was initiated for the purpose of processing the request. Data is stored on secure cloud-based servers.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of processing of their personal data from the Data Controller at any time, and may object to the processing of their personal data.
