What is the withdrawal button directive?
According to the European Union's new Directive (EU) 2023/2673, online shops must provide an easily accessible, highly visible digital function—a so-called "withdrawal button"—to make cancelling a contract just as easy for consumers as concluding it was.
From this date, having this button is mandatory for all B2C online merchants.
Consumers have 14 days from contract conclusion to make their declaration.
